Welcome to Doggy styles Inc. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

- We operate a premium apparel and gift store.

- Products are fulfilled and shipped by Printify and its network of print partners, located in the USA.

- We currently ship within the United States only (UK/EU expansion planned later).

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older (or have guardian consent) and provide accurate information at checkout.

 

3. PRODUCTS, PRINT-ON-DEMAND & AVAILABILITY

Because we use print-on-demand (POD) production:

- All items are made to order once you place an order.

- Product images are digital mockups; minor variations in colour, print placement, and sizing may occur due to differences in printing equipment used by Printify partners.

- We cannot guarantee identical results between batches.

- We may update, discontinue, or replace products at any time.

 

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

- Payment is collected at checkout through secure methods listed on the site.

- Orders begin production automatically once placed; manual intervention is limited.

- We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason (suspected fraud, pricing errors, out-of-stock issues).

If an order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. SHIPPING

- All orders are printed and shipped by Printify fulfilment partners within the USA.

- Shipping times vary by location, demand, and Printify network performance.

- Tracking information is provided once available.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or Printify fulfilment issues.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS (NO EXCHANGES)

Because our products are custom made and fulfilled through Printify:

 

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered

- Wrong colour ordered

- Buyer’s remorse

- Change of preference

 

Returns Accepted Only for Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer free returns within 14 days ONLY if:

- The product arrives damaged,

- The print is defective,

- The wrong item was sent, or

- There is a manufacturing error.

We require photo or video proof to submit to Printify.

 

Refunds

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.

- We do not refund for delays, minor print variations, or wrong size/colour choices made by the customer.

 

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because Printify production starts quickly:

- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

- After this point, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, products, and website content belong to Doggy Styles Inc. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

 

9. USER CONTENT

If you submit photos, reviews, or content, you grant us a license to share or repost them for marketing.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Shipping delays

- Colour variations due to digital displays and POD equipment

- Losses caused by third-party fulfilment (Printify)

Our liability will never exceed the amount you paid.

 

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including Printify fulfilment issues, supply disruptions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

 

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms follow the laws of the United States and the state where we are registered.

 

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date will reflect any changes.
