Because our products are custom made and fulfilled through Printify:

 

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered

- Wrong colour ordered

- Buyer’s remorse

- Change of preference

 

Returns Accepted Only for Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer free returns within 14 days ONLY if:

- The product arrives damaged,

- The print is defective,

- The wrong item was sent, or

- There is a manufacturing error.

We require photo or video proof to submit to Printify.

 

Refunds

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.

- We do not refund for delays, minor print variations, or wrong size/colour choices made by the customer.
